*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: a. Participants must be homeowners residing in the state of California. b. Participants must be of legal age to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction. c. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Ambrose Solar are not eligible to participate.

Entry: a. To enter the drawing, participants must meet with a solar specialist designated by Ambrose Solar and complete an in home consultation between March 14, 2024 and May 15, 2024. b. Homeowner must provide electricity usage from provider. c. Participation in the drawing is voluntary and does not require the purchase of any goods or services. d. Only one entry per household is allowed.

Drawing: a. The drawing for the free Tesla Powerwall will occur at Ambrose Solar's office with witnesses present. b. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on May 17, 2024. c. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the meeting with the solar specialist.

Prize: a. The prize consists of one Tesla Powerwall. b. The prize will not include the cost of  labor for installation. b. Other fees such as permitting, electrical upgrades, or any additional services required for installation are not covered and are the responsibility of the winner. c. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. d. Installation of the Tesla Powerwall is subject to feasibility and local regulations. Ambrose Solar reserves the right to determine installation eligibility. e. If upon assessment by Ambrose Solar the Tesla Powerwall is not compatible with the winner’s property or electrical system, a similar energy storage solution of equivalent value will be offered.

Publicity: a. By participating in the drawing, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the drawing and Ambrose Solar's services. b. Any personal data collected during the drawing will be used solely for the purpose of administering the drawing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

General Conditions: a. Ambrose Solar reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct. b. Ambrose Solar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the drawing at any time without prior notice. c. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

By participating in the drawing, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
